During our stay, we loved how we could easily walk to Mamita's Beach Club just a few steps away and explore the vibrant Quinta Avenida, packed with shops and restaurants, making our city strolls unforgettable.

The location is fantastic, right on the

busy 5th Avenue. The atmosphere is vibrant and lively, great for those who enjoy nightlife. However, be prepared for noise that lasts until late at night, which might be problematic for light sleepers.

The apartment was spacious and ideal for a group, featuring two large bedrooms, a separate living area, and multiple terraces. However, there were several issues, such as a lingering water leak and inconsistent water pressure. There was also little hot water during our stay, which was quite inconvenient. On a positive note, the hotel offers home-made organic products at the attached restaurant, which added a nice touch to our dining experience.

The location was simply unbeatable, just steps away from vibrant shops and eateries! I adored the cozy balcony where I enjoyed my morning coffee while soaking in the view. Plus, the daily breakfast at the adorable bar next door was a tasty way to kickstart my adventures!

It was just a fitting option for a fleeting moment in Playa del Carmen with all in all brilliant value for money. The included breakfast was decent, and I appreciated the ear plugs provided for the loud music at night. Bring some white noise to help with the noise if you're a light sleeper.

Super chill spot near everything!

The location was super convenient, just a quick walk to the ADO and ferry. The staff were really friendly, and the AC was icy—which was perfect! We had a standard twin room, but it could use a bit of sprucing up. Also, some more water in the rooms would’ve been nice. Got to try the bar, which was cool too!

staying here exceeded my expectations compared to our previous trip in playa del carmen. the location was perfect, just steps from 5th avenue, making it easy to explore. the staff was friendly and the breakfasts offered delicious local dishes that energized us for the day ahead.

Phenomenal location with vibrant nightlife just steps from my room. The staff was friendly and helpful, while the breakfast at the attached restaurant was a delightful start to my day.

The noise level at night was unbearable, with music blasting until 3 AM. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower left much to be desired, making it frustrating at times.

The Standard Double Room was okay, but the bathroom was tiny, and the shower spray got on the toilet—so weird! The staff were super nice, and they moved me to a better room without hesitation. The AC was strong, which was a lifesaver. The last place I stayed had low water pressure, which was a hassle. But the location was perfect, super close to everything.

The courtyard pool was a gem for relaxing. Right on 5th Ave, perfect for nightlife. Loved the great service and comfy vibes!

Loved the dining options nearby! Mi Pueblo's local flavors hit the spot, and you can't go wrong with Starbucks right next door. The location is fantastic, you’re literally steps away from the lively 5th Avenue. The penthouse was spacious with all the amenities, and the reception was super helpful.

But hold up—if you need beauty sleep, this place is a no-go. The noise from the bar and nightclub was ridiculous till 3 AM. The room’s dated decor and low water pressure made shower time less than refreshing. Overall, definitely shop around before committing.
